Activist Moriah Williams and I have started a webhub for New Mexico intersectional activism – New Mexico Intersectional Activism Alerts. Anyone can post events or calls for action, and share needs and ideas with the community.
It’s a strategy that’s easily replicable in any community – and we’d be happy to answer questions if you have any! In the meantime, drop by and see all the phenomenal work being done by thousands of brilliant everyday people here in this challenging and awe-inspiring area – it’s not really a state, it’s a place filled with Nations and Nations, peoples and peoples, Diné and Tewa and Apache, many sovereign nations besides Mexico and the United States – reservation and tribal nation and international and domestic borders which are government-imposed and which we cross and recross every day out here.
