Brian Pera (inventive filmmaker and one of my Creative Capital comrades) curated a group of 26 artists, inviting each of us contribute an essay -letter to his marvelous Artist’s Alphabet on Evelyn Avenue. He asked us to talk about influences, outlook, process, and/or sensibility and provide a window into the work we do, which includes animation, poetry, painting, acting, filmmaking, perfumery, and more.

My assigned letter was B, and I wrote on BETWEEN. Which is a very catalytic state of being, and one that requires a bit of moxie to move within…and some of us are permanent residents or even citizens of The Land of Between. Click here to read!

The previous letter was A, and Penny Lane (another uber-delightful Creative Capital comrade) wrote on ARCHIVES. Click here to read her piece!
