A great big hooray to The Kenyon Review for featuring my short piece on two women in love and lust in 1920s Lithuania – ON THE SOFA OF A SYNAGOGUE IN VILNIUS, 1923 – in KR’s Weekend Reads. And much love to the elderly survivor who told me her love story one afternoon in Vilnius in 2010.
